parseEntry composes extractNames, extractFields, parseScheduleLine,
and parseWeekdayLine into a single ParsedEntry. Routes schedule
lines by section header (Sunday/Anticipated/Weekday) and skips
Special Masses and Eucharist Adoration sections.
